Small Engine Repair is one of the best bands to have come out of Herefordshire - famous for Mott the Hoople, cider and less happily, the large-scale production of industrial chicken-based products. Comprising of Phil Twigg (guitar, keys & vocals), Tom Harrington (bass & vocals) and Dan Lewis (drums & vocals), Small Engine Repair’s music is a pleasing mix of folk, blues and alt.country – a subtle and thoughtful guitar music.

To hear the band at their best take a listen to these recordings from a live-in-the-studio performance at the Gus Dudgeon Suite, Cardiff from 2014.

To date Small Engine Repair have played two excellent WHC shows - one on a breezy Spring Bank Holiday at the back of The Barrels and the other, kindly lending a hand at a special Haiti disaster relief benefit.
