We are very excited to be hosting a one-off summer party with Canadian festival favourites and WHC friends Blackberry Wood. This will be the first time that Kris Wood and his merry band will be bringing their unique mix of crazy-wild, vaudeville, circus music to Hay and it’s a given that the band and The Kingdom are made for each other.

Kickstarting the show will be WHC and Globe favourites, Vaginapocalypse who ignite their witty and incisive folk songs with punk vim and vigour and decorate them with close harmonies.

To add to this heady brew will be broadcaster and DJ Debbie Golt. Since the earliest days of Rock Against Racism, Debbie has been moving audiences with the best reggae and ska records. These days she stirs irresistible, African and world beats into the pot, making her a one-woman WOMAD.

Tickets are £12 and available to buy on-line now using this link.

Find your best loved festival garb, grab your dancing shoes and come on down - it will be a night to revel in and who knows who else you’ll meet among the ever-friendly WHC crowd?
