Hare-people are pan-celebrationists - of course they are – and need little or no excuse to throw a party. They love dressing up and many enjoy dressing up so much that ‘dress-like a Georgian day’ has become a thing. Not that everybody dresses up in 18th century garb and wigs, others decide to celebrate by shedding their clothes altogether. What are conventions for if not to be broken when the whim takes you?
